Dairy-Free Overnight Oats


I have been terrible at blogging this month and feel horrible about it! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you'll know that I've started my new job and although I'm absolutely loving it, having any spare time has become a rarity!
So what better to blog about then food and being in a rush.. here is my overnight oats – a delicious breakfast for people in a rush!

All you need:
2/3 cup of milk (I used almond but you could use dairy)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 large mashed banana
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 handful of blueberries/strawberries 

Optional; you could add seeds or other fruit to get even more goodness!

1). Mix all your ingredients together and leave in an airtight container in your fridge overnight. NB: if you're prefer you can add your berries before serving.

2). In the morning, either eat as is, or top with more fruit (or seeds) and serve cold or warm!

Super easy and 0% effort
I almost feel guilty about uploading this as a recipe!
